Unc doesn't do subtle. Ripe pineapple and mango hit first — tropical, sunny, unapologetically sweet — and just when you've settled in, the jalapeño shows up. It's a red-hot sauce with a sweet front porch and a serious back door.

Built for grilled chicken and pork, fish tacos, shrimp, wings, and anything that benefits from a little sweet-heat swagger. Also excellent straight off a spoon, though we won't put that in writing.
