How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

Gourmet Import Shop (GIS) basic policy is to do everything reasonable to have satisfactory transactions with buyers. Contact us anytime at 800-995-6530 with concerns relating to products, shipping or any other GIS service.

1.) Products purchased from GIS cannot be returned without prior approval from GIS.

2.) GIS will issue a full refund for products that were damaged or defective prior to shipment.

3.) If an order is damaged during shipping, do not accept the order and notify GIS immediately at 800-995-6530. M5 policy is "no refusal no refund" for shipping damage. Buyer and shipping agent assumes all responsibility for shipping damage or shipping shorts. If any product is found to be damaged at time of shipping by GIS, that product will be deducted from the buyer's invoice.

4.) Claims that the order did not arrive will not be honored if records show the product was delivered to the address specified in the order.

5.) If a signature is required for order delivery, please contact GIS at 800-995-6530 prior to the order being placed.

6.) Any claims must be made within 30 days after receipt of order.

7.) There is a $15.00 restocking charge for returns that were not the responsibility of GIS.
