International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  For international shipments outside of the United States & Canada, you will only see the "Rates Unavailable. We will contact you." option when trying to get the shipping cost to your country, however you will still be able to place your order. Once your order has been placed, we will look for a quote from our shipping partners to get you the best rate. Once we find one, we will contact you via email and/or telephone. Please note that because our payment system does not keep credit card information after an order is placed for security reasons, we will need to have you provide us with your payment information so we can charge you for the appropriate amount. Once payment has been taken for the order, we will ship out your order and provide you with tracking information for your convenience.
