Teriyaki Wings

1 pound of prepared chicken wings
1/2 cup of teryiaki sauce
1/2 cup Yamaroku Aged 4 Years Soy Sauce "Tsurubishio"
1/2 cup of apricot preserves
1 tsp of ground ginger


Prepare wings in oven. In a medium size sauce pan add teriyaki, soy sauce, apricot preserves and ginger. Over low heat stir and let simmer until mixture reduces and thickens about 15 minutes. Remove wings from oven and place into large bowl. Pour teriyaki mixture over wings, toss until fully coated. Place on plate and serve.
