Pasta With Garlic And Chili Pepper Oil
(Spice Lovers!)

1 lb spaghetti
coarse salt
(about 2 tablespoons)
2 garlic cloves
2 chili peppers
Pepper Infused extra virgin olive oil
time: 15 minutes

Boil water and add a handful of
coarse salt. When the water comes to a boil,
add the pasta and cook it according to package
directions. In the meantime, heat the oil in a
pan. When it is hot, add the crushed garlic,
chopped chili pepper (seeds removed) and stir
for a few minutes over a low flame until the
garlic is slightly browned, then remove from
heat. When the spaghetti is al dente, drain
and sautee in the pan with the oil and chili
pepper for about 30 seconds, stirring well to
make sure all of the ingredients are mixed
together. Serve hot.
