Arugula & Parmigiano Cheese Bruschetta

Ingredients:
bread
Fiore d’Autunno unfiltered extra virgin olive oil
salt (GIS recommends using Henry Langdon Sea Salt Rub with Chilli & Garlic)
arugula
flakes of parmesan
time: 15 minutes

Preparation:
Cut the fresh bread and toast
both sides on the grill, then wash arugula and
prepare flakes of parmesan. Pour on the extra
virgin olive oil, add arugula, parmesan and
serve while still warm.
