Garlic and Oil Bruschetta

garlic cloves
Fiore dï¾’Autunno unfiltered extra virgin olive oil
salt (GIS recommends using Henry Langdon's Sea Salt Rub with Rosemary)
time: 15 minutes

Cut the fresh bread and toast both
sides on the grill, then rub the bread with a
clove of garlic. Pour on the extra virgin olive oil,
add a little salt and serve while still warm.
