Chicken Roulade with Parma Ham (Prosciutto)


5 chicken breast steaks
5 slices of Parma ham (Prosciutto)
5 cheese cubes
5 sage leaves
Ariosto Seasonings for Meat
2/3 cup white wine
Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Sprinkle the inside of each slice of chicken with Ariosto Seasonings for Meat, spread on each slice of chicken a slice of Parma ham and a piece of cheese, then roll the chicken breast to form a roulade.

Sprinkle some more Ariosto Seasonings for Meat on the surface of each roll, add a sage leaf and wrap the rolls with a food string or use a toothpick.

Pour a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a frying pan and fry the roulades, add the white wine, cover the pan with a lid and cook over moderate heat for about 15 minutes.

Stir the rolls occasionally. Serve hot with the cooking sauce.
