Florentine Style Steak

steak with bone in (T-Bone),
about 5 cm thick
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
a handful of
Henry Langdon Sea Salt Rub with Roasted Spice
time: 15 minutes

Prepare the grill so that
the embers are hot but there are not
flames. If using a grill pan, heat it well.
Put the room temperature steak on the
grill, cook for 5 minutes per side until the
surface and browned and slightly crispy.
Remove from the heat, season with
coarse salt, drizzle with oil and serve.
