Slow Roasted Leg of Lamb


Ingredients:

1.5-2kg shoulder or leg of lamb, trimmed
2 tbsp
Ariosto Roasted & Grilled Meat Seasoning
1 tsp cracked black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil







Preparation:


1) Pre heat the oven to 325F.

2) Combine the Ariosto Roasted & Grilled Meat Seasoning and cracked black pepper with olive oil, then massage the mix into the lamb. Once the mixture is thoroughly rubbed in, squeeze over the lemon juice.

3) Place the lamb into a roasting bag and tie off. Do not pierce the bag.

4) Place into the oven and cook for 4 hours.

Note: This is great served with couscous and green vegetables with Tatziki on the side.
