How do I return an item?

Corporation(M5)’s basic policy is to do everything reasonable to have satisfactory
transactions with buyers. Contact us anytime at 800-995-6530 with concerns
relating to products, shipping or any other M5 service.
1.) Products purchased from M5 cannot
be returned without prior approval from M5.
2.) M5 will issue a full refund for products that were damaged or defective
prior to shipment.
3.) If an order is damaged during shipping, do not accept the order and notify
M5 immediately at 800-995-6530. M5 policy is "no refusal no
refund" for shipping damage. Buyer and shipping agent assumes
all responsibility for shipping damage or shipping shorts. If any product is
found to be damaged at time of shipping by M5, that product will be deducted
from the buyer’s invoice.
4.) Claims that the order did not arrive will not be honored if records show
the product was delivered to the address specified in the order.
5.) If a signature is required for order delivery, please contact M5 at
800-995-6530 prior to the order being placed.
6.) Any claims must be made within
30 days after receipt of order.
