How to Prepare:
Place package contents in a saucepan with 2 cups of water. Bring to a full boil and stir occasionally. Cook for 12 minutes or until all the rich broth is absorbed. Make creamier by adding a little more water, or, less water for “Al Dente” risotto.
Serving suggestions:
Put a poached egg in the center of the risotto.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top or melt your favorite cheese on top.
Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
