A 10 year aged Mussini balsamic vinegar from Mussini aged in chestnut wood barrels. Chestnut wood infuses a special flavor that is somewhat strong and bitter due to the tannin in the wood. Can be substituted in all applications where traditional balsamic vinegar is used but where a different balsamic experience is desired. As with all Mussini products, this has been prepared with consistent tradition, quality and price considerations.
